Our Wellness Week is also called a Therapeutic Day. A Therapeutic Day consists of 7 sessions.

In Thailand,  traditionally one day of therapy would consist of 9 - 12 hours of continuous work.

We split that "Day" into 7 different sessions. Each session has a different focus.
 Thai Yoga sessions vary in length of time, due to aspect being done.

A session could be as short as 45 minutes to as long as 2 1/2 hours.

Always plan to be with the practitioner for 1 1/2 hours to about 2 hours.
